| Established in 1891, the Boys & Girls Club of New Britain, Inc. is a non-profit youth-centered agency with a diversified membership serving over 2770 members ranging in age from 6 to 18. It is one of the most affordable and accessible youth centers in the city of New Britain, Connecticut. It provides our members with year-round educational, recreational and preventive programs and skills necessary to equip them for future success.
The Boys & Girls Club of New Britain serves as a safe haven for youth where they learn and grow while having fun under the protective eyes of caring adults during critical after school hours. Our Club really serves as The Positive Place For Kids.
In addition to “drop-in” programs for youth ages 6-18, the Club also offers a state licensed all day school readiness program for 40 children between the ages of 3 & 4. This is a NAEYC Accredited program and the fees are based on a sliding scale according to income.
