SUMMER ROBOTICS RETURNS TO THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB

A BIG THANK YOU TO DR. RAVI THAMMAS, BOARD MEMBER, RICK MULLINS, AND CCSU FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE!!

Dr. Ravi Thamma concluded the Young Engineers Program sponsored by the CCSU School of Engineering, Science, & Technology now in its 4th summer.  Over 12 attendees worked on a Humanoid Robot that simulates human movement and performance.  Students from the Boys & Girls Club of New Britain, some of whom are associated with the CCSU TRiO Talent Search program, built and programmed a simulator that demonstrates the automated robotic ranges of motion and compares human movement and mechanical movement.  See video and pictures below.
